Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping labels.
Prepare Your Furniture
Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and pack it securely in its original manufacturer packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller accents, simply drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
